A Good Day at Target

This past Friday I was going to pick my sister up at the airport and since Target is not far from there and on my way, I decided to make a stop and do some shopping. I had done some coupon printing and had coupons for Target as well as manufacturer coupons which helped make this a very good trip to Target.

These are all of the items I bought while I was there. I actually only spent $5.46 with tax and I have a mail-in rebate for $3.79. Once I get the rebate I will have only spent $1. 67 and on my receipt it says I saved $5.50 today, but that amount also does not include the $3.79 so in total I will have saved $9.29. Let me tell you how I did it.
Gerber Graduate diced apples- $.89 (x2)- $1.78 minus $.50/2 = $1.28/2 (.64 ea.)
Gerber Graduate nutrition drink boxes- $3.79 minus mail-in rebate for $3.79 = FREE, just a note about this one...you can use this one over and over since the mail-in rebate is on the product and it is good until the end of the year.
Gerber Graduate cinnamon cookies- $2.09 minus manufacturer coupon $3.00 = $.91 overage
Market Pantry fruit snacks- $1.52 minus $1 store coupon = $.52
Kraft EZ-Mac- $.89 (x2) $1.78 minus $1/2 = $.78/2 (.39 ea.)
Chex Mix- $.99 minus $1 store coupon = $.01 overage
What a deal, I'm so excited to see what I can find free or very inexpensive this week.
