Football and Fun Times

Well, it is apparent that we have been slacking on our blog and I wanted to update everyone on what is going on in our lives. Pretty much just life has been going on. Our life may not be a normal life, but it is what we have found these days are our normal. Matt has been very busy with football and work (both jobs and house remodel finishing touches) which means we have not has a whole lot of time at home together.
I have been joining my sister and my neice and nephew at the football games since her husband coaches with Matt. The kids really enjoy the games, we go Monday (JV) and Friday (Varsity) evenings. Both the JV and Varsity are doing pretty well at the home games, although this week both lost their games. I will try to get a picture of Gabe in his football shirt and Beka in her tutu that they wear to most of the Friday night games and post them soon, they are so cute.
I have also really started working with Gabe on potty training and he is doing really well. I has hoped he would be broke before now, but he just wasn't getting it. This week he has been wearing underwear and has not had too many accidents. My goal is for him to be broke by his third birthday on the 21st. I will try to keep everyone updated on our progress. I will update his blog soon with birthday party pictures. He also just got his birthday pictures taken and I will try to post some of them soon as well.
As for Baby Beka, well she is growing and is super fun. I have updated her blog for her 8 month post and will be doing this again in a few weeks with her 9 month stats so check her blog for that info.
